Associate Degree Curricula

Associate Degree programs are designed to enable the graduate to enter an occupation with marketable skills, a high level of competency and the ability to communicate effectively. The curricula provide specialized courses to develop technical skills and general education courses to enable the student to be an effective member of society. A student who completes the requirements will be awarded the Associate in Applied Science Degree.

If a person is interested in enrolling in a curriculum, but lacks some required academic skills, he/she may enroll in remedial courses that are designed to allow the students to achieve the proficiency required by the curriculum. Each of the curricula offered are described in the following pages.

Note: Each Associate Degree program includes a substantial general education component consisting of at least 15 credit hours in the humanities/fine arts, social/behavioral sciences, and natural sciences/mathematics.
