Moodle, Student Email, &
WebAdvisor Login Credentials

Moodle, Student Email, and WebAdvisor login credentials are now synced. Students should use the same username and password for all three systems.

Passwords expire every 90 days!

If these credentials do not work, try resetting your password at https://reset.wilsoncc.edu/.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is the first day of classes and my course(s) is/are not available in Moodle.

Contact your instructor to see when your course(s) will be available.

It is the middle of the semester and my course(s) is/are not available in Moodle.

Contact your instructor to see if you have been dropped from the course.

I have been blocked from the Wifi on campus.

Call or email the Helpdesk at helpdesk@wilsoncc.edu or 252-246-1224 and provide your name, WCC Student ID, and the MAC address of your blocked wireless device.

I don't know my WCC Student ID.

Call or email the Helpdesk at helpdesk@wilsoncc.edu or 252-246-1224 and provide your name and date of birth.

I can't login to Moodle.

Can you login to Student Email or WebAdvisor? These systems use the same username and password, if you can login to one system, you should be able to log into the other systems. If you try that, and it still does work, try a password reset by going to https://reset.wilsoncc.edu/. If you still cannot login, call or email the Helpdesk at helpdesk@wilsoncc.edu or 252-246-1224.

I can't login to my Office 365 Student Email.

Have you recently reset your password? Password resets can take up to 3 hours to take effect in Office 365.

I missed an assignment due date in Moodle.
