All students must have access to a computer if you are taking online and hybrid courses. WilsonCC provides access to computers on campus in the open lab and/or library. However, you are not guaranteed access when you need it. For most online courses, you will need to complete assignments and quizzes online, research online, and communicate with your instructors and fellow students online.  Therefore, you need regular access to a computer.

TelecoursesTelecourses are where video, television or cassette delivers 100% of the instruction. Students follow a course syllabus, view specific lessons or lectures, read and work through assigned materials, and submit course work as directed by an instructor.

Telecourses are required to purchase a packet from the WCC Bookstore. (Check the Bookstore for its hours of operation.)  The packet contains the syllabus, all required assignments, and enrollment assignment.  Students must pick up the required DVD's or video tapes from the College Library.
