Hiring Range: $44,892-$67,338 Based on education and experience

Job Description: Under the supervision of the Dean of Continuing Education, Industrial Technologies and Sustainability performs professional level coordination duties in the development, organization, and teaching of specialized health courses, workshops, and training activities to meet community needs and requests.
Essential Duties: Establishes a schedule of course offerings for the Health Care field. Recruits and supervises instructors, recruits and counsels students, develops and revises course outlines and exams, maintains records for various agencies, orders instructional materials and supplies, and assists in marketing courses to the public.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the roles of Health Care professionals. Knowledge of assigned course content and methods of teaching assigned courses. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms with staff, students, and the public. Ability to evaluate classroom and clinical instruction and make necessary improvements. Ability to manage multiple activities.
Education and Experience: BSN in Nursing (required). MS in Nursing (preferred). Unencumbered RN license (required). At least two years (4000 hours) experience as a registered nurse in the U.S. (required). At least one year (2000 hours) of experience as a registered nurse in a long-term care facility in the U.S. (required).
