The College Security Department is composed of sworn law enforcement officers. The security department is responsible for enforcing traffic/parking laws and providing basic security and emergency response services on campus. The department's number one priority is to maintain high visibility as a deterrent to crime. Every effort is made to prevent the occurrence of criminal activity through frequent patrolling of all campus buildings, grounds and parking lots.

The security office is located in Building J, Room J102 and can be reached at extension 1264 or "0" for the operator if dialed from a campus phone (246-1264 from off campus during the day and 291-1195 in the evening). Students, employees and visitors should report to the security department any incidents and concerns immediately so that appropriate response measures may be taken.

We are committed to making Wilson Community College a safer place for all students and employees to work and learn.

By taking a few simple precautions, you can reduce the risk to yourself, and also discourage those who commit crimes.
