Notes:

  • The College does not have residential facilities.
  • There have been no reported hate crimes in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, or 2013.
  • Domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking will be added to the Clery report for 2014 as reportable crimes by the Violence Against Women Act.
  • Public property is defined as governmentally owned property that is within the College campus or immediately adjacent to the campus (public streets and sidewalks).
  • Non-campus properties and/or facilities are defined as properties and/or facilities owned or operated by the College that are regularly used by students, but are not a part of the campus.  In our case, Coastal Plains Law Enforcement Training Center, the Fire Training Grounds, and the Lee Campus (in the future) qualify.
  • Statistics are combined WCC Police Department and Wilson Police Department.
  • Statistics for 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 are published in the current catalog.  Statistics for 2013 were reported to Clery on August 26, 2014, and will be made available on the College website.
  • The two weapons referrals resulted in disciplinary action by the College.
