Motor Vehicle Dealer License Renewal 2008

This course is designed to meet the continuing education training requirements for the Used Motor Vehicle Dealer’s license renewal. A minimum of two of the six hours required for continuing education must include course topics required by the NC Division of Motor Vehicles. Other topics may include, but are not limited to, business management, basic business accounting, computer literacy, repossession law, lending law, unfair trade practices, and related topics. The course outline and instructor must be approved by the NC Division of Motor Vehicles. Early registration is required.

Notary Public Training

Students are required to purchase the Notary Public Guidebook. Read prior to class and bring to class. Students are also required to bring a valid N. C. picture ID to class. The notary exam will be administered in the latter portion of the class. Must score 80% or better to pass the course. This course can also be used for an update & re-commission. Early registration is required. $50 fee + textbook. (.6 CEU)

Electronic Notary

This course instructs existing N. C. notary publics in the new legislative procedure required to perform electronic notorial acts. Prerequisites: Valid N. C. picture ID, student must hold a valid commission as a N. C. notary public, have basic computer skills, text-book, and exit exam. Early registration is required. $50 fee + textbook. (.6 CEU)
