Enters placement test scores and appropriate waivers for potential and existing students in Colleague. Enter Communications Management codes in Colleague, as necessary, to ensure proper correspondence is disbursed to potential and admitted students. Maintains advisor information in Colleague for admitted and re-admitted students. Processes admits, re-admits, and change of majors in Colleague. Proctors NCDAP placement testing. Assists with walk-ins and telephone inquiries. Assist Director of Enrollment Services/Registrar with correcting errors on reports submitted to System Office. Serves on institutional committees as appointed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related field required. One (1) to two (2) years of experience in an office setting using computers required.

Essential Duties: Designs both print and digital promotional materials for the college. Photographs College events and ceremonies. Assists with: Content creation and scheduling for the College's social media platforms; design and management of digital advertising displays; maintaining records of operations; processing records; ordering supplies; contacting vendors and maintaining inventory for Print Shop and campus copiers; and monthly billing. Completes work brought to the Print Shop and provides technical advice and recommendations to customers on printing request. Performs finishing tasks such as cutting, stapling, folding, binding, and padding. Uses a Fiery system to operate black/white and full color digital presses to produce professional looking prints. Serves on institutional committees as appointed.

Education and Experience: Associate degree in Graphics Design or a related field required. One (1) - Two (2) years of experience in graphic design preferred. Knowledge of videography and high speed copiers preferred.
