Pell Grant and State Grant refunds should be processed by February 23, 2026. If your charges exceed your eligibility or you withdraw, you may owe a balance to the school.
Wilson Community College has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver financial aid refunds to students. The refund program gives students the option to deposit refunds into an existing account or into BankMobile Vibe checking account. In order to receive your refund in a timely manner, please follow the instructions being sent in an email from BankMobile OR look for a green envelope arriving in your mailbox (please make sure your address is correct with the Admission’s Office).
*NOTE: The last day to charge at the Bookstore for those currently enrolled and receiving a February disbursement is January 30, 2025.
