Agriculture Career Exploration Camp
June 8-10 | 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | W110 | $85
Explore the exciting world of agriculture at our Exploring Agriculture Summer Camp! Students in grades 6-12 will participate in hands-on activities in plant science, animals, food production, and agricultural technology while learning where their food comes from. Campers will hear guest speakers across the agriculture industry and discover real careers in agriculture. Whether you love animals, the outdoors, science, or machines, this camp has something for everyone.

Robotics Career Exploration Camp
June 15 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. | W115 | $85
Students will need to bring a bagged lunch as well as snacks & drinks.
This one-day summer camp provides rising 9th graders with a hands-on introduction to robotics and modern automation using collaborative robots (cobots). Participants will learn what robots are, how collaborative robots differ from traditional industrial robots, and how these technologies are used in today’s advanced manufacturing and engineering environments. Students will safely operate a robot and be introduced to basic programming through a simple, block-based interface. Throughout the camp, they will complete guided activities that develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and technical skills while programming the robot to perform real-world tasks such as movement and object handling. No prior experience is required. This camp is designed to build confidence with technology while exposing students to high-demand career fields such as robotics, automation, and engineering.

Biotechnology Career Exploration Camp
June 22-25 | 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | G227b | $125
Students will learn about bioprocessing techniques, complete hands-on activity labs, and experience what it is like to gown up for pharmaceutical cleanroom settings. Students will explore career opportunities in the Biotechnology field and get a real-world experience of what it would be like to work in a pharmaceutical career.

Health Sciences Career Exploration Camp
July 7-9 | 3:00-4:00 p.m. | G109a | $65
Through interactive, hands-on activities, simulations, and experiments, students will work in teams to learn more about healthcare and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Students will engage in team-building activities and challenges as they embark on their journey to learn about the world of allied health professionals. This camp will offer the unique opportunity for students to explore various roles in healthcare careers, gain practical skills, and learn more about making a difference in the lives of others. Students will need to wear comfortable attire and closed-toe shoes.
