Amy Noel is the Vice President of Student Development and Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs for Wilson Community College. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, she is grateful to be part of the transformative impact NC community colleges have on the lives of students and their families. Prior to joining Wilson Community College in 2016, Amy served as Dean of Student Services at Sampson Community College.

Jessica Jones began her career at Wilson Community College in 1999 as the Assistant Controller of the Business Office and currently serves as the college’s Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services. Jessica currently oversees all aspects of Finance, Auxiliary Services, Custodian and Maintenance, Facilities, Information Technology, Construction, and Vending services for the College. Jessica’s 25 years of experience in finance is considered one of the contributing factors to the college’s continued successful financial audits.
