These include one-on-one tutoring (in-person and virtual), 24/7 AI-powered study tools through StudyFetch, student success workshops, and the Upward Bound program for eligible high school students preparing for college.

Success in college takes more than just attending class. The Academic Support Center’s PAWS for Success Workshop Series provides practical, interactive sessions designed to help WCC students strengthen the academic, personal, financial, and professional skills they need to succeed in college and beyond.

The Upward Bound program at Wilson Community College supports high school students from low-income families or potential first-generation college students. It offers academic instruction, tutoring, counseling, college prep, and cultural enrichment to help students succeed in high school and pursue higher education.
