Tutoring

Step 1: Access Accudemia

Click the “Schedule a Tutoring Session” button on this page. You will be automatically directed to Accudemia through Wilson Community College’s Single Sign-On (SSO).

Step 2: Schedule Your Appointment

In the Upcoming Appointments section, select Schedule Appointment.

1. Select the service you need.
2. Select your subject area.
3. Select your preferred tutor, time slot, and appointment duration from the available options for the week.
4. In the Notes section, briefly describe what you would like to work on during your tutoring session. Include specific topics, assignments, concepts, or challenges you are experiencing.
5. Attach any documents or materials you would like your tutor to review before your appointment, if applicable.
6. Review your appointment information and select Confirm.

Help your tutor prepare for your session! The more information you provide in the Notes section, the better your tutor can prepare to assist you. When possible, upload relevant assignments, instructions, study guides, or other course materials before your appointment.

What if I need to cancel or move an appointment?
If you need to reschedule, cancel, or move your appointment, go back to your booking and select the appropriate button to make the adjustments.

Reminder: Appointments must be canceled within  24 hours.  After two no-show appointments, students may not be able to book another appointment for the remainder of the semester.
