- Fill out the Accommodation Request Form.
- Submit appropriate documentation according to the Accessibility Services Handbook. Documentation may be submitted via email to Jesse Sykes at email@example.com, faxed to 252-246-1384, or dropped off in Student Development (Building F).
- Documentation will be reviewed and you will be contacted about further steps in the accommodation process, either by WCC student email or by phone.
- Once required documentation has been approved, you will be invited to schedule a meeting with the Special Populations Counselor to discuss accommodations.
